Hard FM Supervisor - Cambridge

Carbon60 are looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Manger to join a successful FM Company based at their client's site in Cambridge overseeing the maintenance department.

Main Purpose of role

To manage the delivery of hard facilities services in commercial building in Cambridge, maintain excellent working relationships with the on site clients, taking full ownership for the implementation of compliance, health, and safety, ensuring the efficient completion of planned and reactive tasks by the on site maintenance team, comply and maintain agreed service level agreements and other general hard services FM work related to building maintenance and repair.

Essential Candidate Requirements

  • Very good experience of Hard FM building services management
  • Experience of maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Management experience of maintenance and FM staff
  • Good knowledge of health and safety
  • Experience of working to agreed service level agreements in an FM environment.
  • Full UK Driving licence.
  • Cambridge
