Process Centre Manager

Due to huge growth through 2022/2023 this business are building a new team focused on Process Improvement and we are looking for the Manager who will head up this team.

The main purpose of the role will be to lead a team of process analysts/architects to develop and improve the processes across a multi-skilled engineering business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team and help to create and implement the internal Process Centre Team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Process Analysts and Architects.
• Develop and implement comprehensive process strategies in alignment with business requirements.
• Model processes using Quality Managements System (IQ Move).
• Take project leadership within complex and cross functional projects.
• Support and encourage continuous improvement approach both within the team and across the business.
• develop accompanying documentation in line with aviation authority requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to wider business when required.

Experience Required:

• Previous experience leading, managing and developing teams.
• Extensive experience of process improvement, modelling and management.
• Ability to learn and familiarise with various methods and concepts used across a multi functional engineering business.
• Previous experience with IT systems such as SAP and QMS (quality management system)
• Knowledge of the aerospace/aviation sector (EASA Part 145 & FAA CFR 145).
