Internal Sales Executive

Carbon60 are currently looking for an Internal Sales Executive to work for a client of ours based in Maidstone. Our client design, manufacture, and supply valves, pipe fittings, hydrants, and flow control equipment to the clean and waste-water, oil, and gas industries throughout the world.

This Internal Sales Executive position is a permanent position based in Maidstone. This position is available due to growth and expansion with in the company.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• First point of contact for inbound telephone and email sales enquiries
• Communicating with customers to clarify requirements
• Assist customer queries and process sales orders
• Prepare and send quotations to customers in a timely manner
• Advising pricing, quotations, lead times and delivery dates
• Liaise with suppliers and technical support to ensure quotations meet our customer's requirements
• Ensure the swift and effective resolution of customer complaints when they arise
• Sales order processing and the raising of purchase orders
• Manage the customer data base ensuring it is up to date and accurate
