Handyperson with Plumbing Bias - Thatcham and Reading area - Full Time Permanent Job

No Qualifications required - full training will be given - however all applicants must have a basic idea of plumbing and a full UK driving licence

• £27,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday - Days
• Every other Friday off (with full pay)
• Excellent company pension and benefits package
• Regular pay reviews
• Thatcham area

Duties:

• Basic cleaning and disinfecting of water system in a commercial building
• Routine checks of water systems
• Testing water for Legionella
• Taking water samples
• Data entry onto internal computer system
• Thatcham and Reading areas

Essential Requirements:

• A basic knowledge of plumbing
• A very basic knowledge of water treatment i.e testing water temperatures.
• PC Literate
• Full UK Driving licence
• General maintenance and repair experience related to basic plumbing
• Thatcham and Reading area

£27,000 per annum - Full time permanent job - with every other Friday off (you are paid for this day off)
