HGV Technician - Padworth

We are currently recruiting for a skilled HGV Technician to join our Padworth team. You would join a well-known established company who specialise in providing solutions for Ecological Transformation.

Roles and responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the day to day service, MOT preparation and repairs of our HGV's.
• You will keep our HGV's safely on the road, so our street side operatives can carry out their duties for our millions of customers.
• Responsible for carrying out routine vehicle inspections, routine maintenance, fault finding and repairs to ensure our fleet is reliable, available and safe.
• Repair and maintain the Veolia Fleet, 3rd party vehicles and plant in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards.
• Ensure that all necessary paperwork, and time sheets are completed accurately.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Fitter/Technician
• Hold a HGV driving licence (desirable)

Salary: £40k - £43k Hours: 45 hours per week - Monday to FridayWeek one: 06:00am to 3:30pmWeek two: 12:30pm to 10:00pmLocation: Padworth
