Maintenance Electrician - Facilities Management - Berkshire - £35,000 Plus Excellent Benefits

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a forward-thinking Facilities Management company in the UK based at one of their high security client sites in Berkshire.

Hours of Work: 7:45 am to 4.30 pm

Location: Berkshire

Salary: £35,000 Plus Excellent Benefits including every other Friday off (paid)

Role Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical installations for both New Works and Breakdowns.
• Testing and inspecting electrical installations
• Carrying out refurbishment works arising from breakdown or maintenance inspections.
• Responding to reactive maintenance / breakdown calls and carrying out remedial work
• Assume the role of Competent Person (Electrical) as authorised by the Authorised Person

The Ideal Candidate:

• 18th Edition (or equivalent)
• City & Guilds 2361 Parts 1 and 2 Electrical Certificate
• AM1 / AM2 Practical Tests to have been completed (or equivalent)
• Previous facilities management experience in commercial/industrial buildings
• Experience in Planned Preventive Maintenance duties.
• Ability to pass security clearance.
