This company, a leading player in the FM sector , are recruiting a Technical Assurance / Quality Manager to be based at their world class clients Research and Manufacturing site in Berkshire. This is an incredible opportunity for an Engineering professional with an excellent knowledge of modern Quality standards , compliances and protocols to ensure all applicable Technical and Engineering processes are robustly adhered to and developed, a crucial role in a highly regulated environment with plenty of scope for personal development. Due to the nature of this facility only British citizens are eligible for consideration and must be prepared to attain a high level of security clearance. Technical Quality Manager THE ROLE

• Ensure all Safe Systems of Work are fully compliant and robustly adhered to
• Prepare, authorize and conduct all internal and external audits
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable Technical legislation
• Continually work to improve all Technical processes and procedures
• Technical Quality Manager will maintain all external accreditations eg ISO9001, ISO14001

THE PERSON Must have an Engineering or Trades background, ideally to minimum HNC in Mechanical or Electrical or Civil Engineering

• Possess a NEBOSH qualification
• Experience of Facilities Management & CDM
• Lead auditor level of knowledge of HSQE systems and processes that meet the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
• Qualified to NEBOSH Certificate / NVQ 3 in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Be familiar with a regulated environment
• Possess strong leadership qualities
