
ADMINISTRATORWe are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator for a leading company specialising in industrial electrical maintenance and installation in Fareham. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join a company that takes social responsibility seriously and is determined to support society in accelerating towards to Net Zero.ROLE: Administrator LOCATION: Fareham SALARY: £24,000 per annum JOB TYPE: 4 months with extension likely HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday. Office basedTHE ROLE:
- Input of data into various systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Raising POs and processing invoices.
- Inputting timesheets.
- Creating job work packs for street lighting and traffic sign works.
- Internal and external customer service
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skill, including Excel.
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise with a wide range of internal and external contacts.
- Confident manner on the telephone answering and making phone calls.
