Multi Skilled Electrician - Facilities Management - Southwark - £23 per hour Plus Excellent BenefitsAre you an experienced Multi Skilled Electrician looking for a new career Opportunity?This is a brilliant opportunity to join a forward-thinking Facilities Management company in the UK.Hours of Work: 8:00 am to 17:00 pm Location: Southwark Salary: £23 per hour Plus Excellent Benefits Role Responsibilities:

• Complete all statutory and non-statutory PPM in accordance with annual PPM planners.
• To identify maintenance needs and produce technical reports on equipment.

• To respond & repair any reactive calls.
• To read, understand and work to generic site PPM risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified to BS7671 18th Edition Regulations.

• Mechanical and Plumbing experience ideally but not essential.

• FM experience

• Previous roles carrying out PPM work.

• Enhanced DBS Essential to start.

• First aid trained (preferable but not essential).
