RECEPTIONISTCarbon60 are looking to recruit a Receptionist to work for a large utilities company based in Belfast on a temporary ongoing basis. ROLE: Receptionist SALARY: £22,300 per annumJOB TYPE: 5 months initially with extension likelyLOCATION: Belfast (BT2)HOURS: Full time Monday to Friday. 8am - 4:30pmTHE ROLE

• Meeting and greeting colleagues and visitors in a polite and courteous manner.
• Addressing and sign-posting general enquiries.
• Ensuring internal/external visitors are properly inducted into the building.
• Receiving internal & external telephone calls.
• Ensuring front of house areas are neat/tidy and maintained to a high standard at all times, taking corrective action where this is found not to be the case.
• Undertake all administration duties associated with the role required.

THE SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• Previous experience as a receptionist.
• Positive attitude
