Mechanical Supervisor - Salisbury Salary £38,000 (37.5h p/w) We are pleased to present this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, diligent, focused individual that really want to make a difference in an exciting, state of the art facility. Mechanical Supervisor will be reporting into the Mechanical Delivery Manager, the Mechanical Supervisor will supervise and assist in carrying out planned and reactive maintenance and Small Works as part of the Site Estates maintenance team. Working in conjunction with colleagues of other disciplines, together with general/specialist sub-contractors.ROLE:

• Qualified to a minimum ONC level or equivalent.
• Proven experience within a building services environment.
• Full UK driving licence
• Articulate, numerate and IT literate.
• Have good decision making and communication skills.
• Be resilient under pressure and be able to converse confidently with staff, suppliers and customers at all levels.
• Overtime may be an option that you must be willing to accept dependent on the nature of the task

Mechanical Supervisor may be required to become an Authorised Person in the Electrical discipline and to be on-call on a rota basis, as part of the site emergency call out service.
