Site Manager

Experienced Site Manager required to manager an external infrastructure upgrade project on a commercial facility in the Basingstoke are. The role is working for a principal contractor and is open to individuals available for a start towards the end of September. This is a short-term project with an expected duration of 4-5 weeks.

The position will involve:

• Managing an electrically biased fit out/upgrade project on a large commercial facility
• Coordinating and managing sub-contractors
• Organising RAMS, Toolbox talks, permits etc.
• Ensuring all Site Health and Safety is in place and implemented.
• Carrying out stringent quality checking

Applicants will ideally:

• Have current SMSTS certificate and Manager's CSCS card
• Strong QHSE culture
• Be a proactive, self-sufficient Site Manager
• Preferably have experience on electrically biased fit out/upgrade projects.
• Be available for a start towards the end of September and be easily commutable to the Basingstoke area.
