Location - Hybrid - 2 Days per week in either London, Reading, Birmingham or Glasgow

Start Date - ASAP

Duration - 6 - 12 months + Possible Extensions

Rates - £500 - £600 Daily Rate via Umbrella

Clearance - BPSS

Carbon60 are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Modeller (Solar & Battery) to join our client, a leading Renewable Energy Developer on a 6-12 month contract supporting current & future projects.

Business Knowledge:

• Commercially aware within the wider energy industry
• Detailed level of understanding of UK and Ireland energy markets required to help define commercial strategies and identify risks and opportunities
• Knowledge of solar and battery technologies and revenue streams
• Understanding of commercial modelling best practices (FAST) and analytical techniques Essential

Functional / Technical Skills:

• Degree educated or equivalent experience Strong commercial acumen
• Excellent analytical and modelling skills
• Awareness of financial statements and concepts
• Strong organisational and task management skills
• Strong IT and Excel skills are essential
• Experience in a project driven environment
