Technical Security Engineer will provide support to both on-site engineers and clients. You will also be responsible to carry out system maintenance, reactive and small or extra works to, CCTV, access control and security systems comprising of both internal and external clients. Must be happy to work on an on-call basis supporting Heathrow and Gatwick currently 1 in 4 (Pool car supplied when on call). It should be noted most calls are handled during normal working hours so attendance is very infrequent out of normal hours. Essential Candidate Requirements

• Ideally the candidate will be strong in CCTV & Access Control.
• Adequate knowledge of relevant British Standards with a working knowledge of NSI required standards.
• Appropriate trade qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience of Installation, testing and maintenance of CCTV, Intruder, Intercom and Access Control systems
• Valid UK Driving licence
• Willingness to learn new skills and embrace procedures
• Heathrow area

Main Duties for Mobile Security Engineer:

• Servicing, maintaining and installation of CCTV, access control, intruder alarm systems and intercom systems.
• Advanced diagnostic and fault-finding skills, with the ability to resolve by elimination and/or technical recommendations.
• Carry-out and supervise planned preventative maintenance activities
• Upgrades and system repairs

Ideal location of candidate would be within the Heathrow area. This is predominantly a static role with minimal travel to other UK locations.
