SUPERVISOR (Recruitment & Pay)Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Supervisor (Recruitment & Pay) to work for a leading facilities management company based in Ellesmere Port, in a hybrid pattern and with an ongoing contract. ROLE: Supervisor (Recruitment & Pay)SALARY: £30,000 per annum JOB TYPE: 2 months (ongoing)LOCATION: Ellesmere Port (CH65) HOURS: Full time Monday to Friday. 9am - 5pm (hybrid)THE ROLE

• Lead and train a team undertaking specialised administrative and technical processes and procedures.
• Undertake complex checking, evaluation and calculations of the payroll runs, reconciliation and other processes that pay employees.
• Advise on and apply policies of employment, payroll administrative management, knowledge and rules relating to Tax, NI and pension.
• Liaise with staff and managers from other Departments.
• Corporate meetings and project meetings.
• Liaise and negotiate with employees, managers, external clients, and other relevant parties on issues arising from the day-to-day operation of the team and take remedial action.
