CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISORWe are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to work for a leading facilities management company based in Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join a company in permanent basis.Only apply if you are happy to work days, nights and every other weekend.ROLE: Helpdesk Customer Service Supervisor PAY RATE: £24,000 per annum (+10% shift allowance)JOB TYPE: Temp to PermanentLOCATION: Newcastle (NE12)HOURS: 12-hour shifts on a rolling shift pattern- 3 or 4 days or nights each weekTHE ROLE

  • Provide support to the facilities management helpdesk.

  • Effectively manage and respond to queries and communication via all contact channels e.g., telephone, email, and digital methods.

  • Provide advice and information on a range of services as required.

  • Follow the agreed processes appropriate to the service request.

THE SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE

  • Knowledge of FM sector
  • Experience of working in a helpdesk/customer service environment
  • Willingness to be flexible with hours (morning/day/evening/night)
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Positive attitude to challenges and change.
