Carbon60 have a great opportunity to join a Large Successful Facilities Management company, with plenty of opportunities and stability.

Salary: £40k - 43k = £2,500 shift allowance

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 06.00 - 14.30 and 11.30 - 20.00 (first 6 weeks it will be 7am - 4pm)

25 days Holidays, Tools and Phone provided, Tea and Coffee.

Job Description

• Oversea Maintenance Team, ensuring PPM scheuldes are completed.
• Ascort Subcontractors and provide site inductions.
• Compile quotations and order materials ensuring contractual process is followed.
• Be able to assess risks effectively, including the production and review of risk assessments, ensuring they are, concise, task specific and produced in a timely manner.
• Able to carry out job briefs. Obtain appropriate authorisation for access and permits as required. Taking on work from Facilities Manager.
• Complete reports and paperwork as instructed by Facilities Manager.
• Attend client planning meetings & manage works to the submitted schedule.
• Have good computer skills, able to work with various software packages, be familiar with Excel, Word, and Outlook

Qualifications

• Asbestos Awareness
• L8 Awareness
• Pasma
• The individual needs to have a strong civil, electrical and or mechanical background and understanding with qualifications in the relevant discipline.
• Hold a valid CSCS card and SMSTS or equivalent.
• Able to conduct surveys throughout client sites
