Salary: £28k - £30k

Carbon60 are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their client's expanding business in Bristol.

Salary: £28k - 30k + £2,500 shift allowance.

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 06.00 - 14.30 and 11.30 - 20.00 (first 6 weeks it will be 7am - 4pm)

25 days Holidays, Tools and Phone provided, Tea and Coffee.

Role:

• Handy person tasks such as, skirting boards, hanging a door, touch ups on paint work, putting furniture together, basic plumbing etc.
• Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in timely and professional manner.
• Be proactive to identify and report faults with site equipment and take steps to resolve.
• Planned and Reactive maintenance activities under your control are completed within contract timescales.
• Reports completed and handheld device updated correctly to a high standard.

Person:

• IOSH Passport or CSCS Card (Must)
• Should of a trade background (Carpentry / plumbing) or hands on (demonstrable).
• L8 Awareness
• PASMA
• Asbestos awareness (Must)
• Be able to be successful of a Security Clearance.
