The company is a UK leading organisation specialising in major mechanical and electrical installations within the food processing industry. The huge range of work carried out by the company includes process pipework and plant installations, planned and preventive maintenance, environmental services and many other engineering services associated with the food and beverage industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mechanical fitter to join the mechanical engineering division, supporting a major process pipework installation project in Lincoln.

Duties

As a suitably qualified and experienced mechanical fitter you will be working on site at a new build food production facility in Lincoln LN4 1NJ. Typical duties will include fixing balustrades, machine guards, secondary steelwork, pipework supports, brackets, machine supports all in accordance with the engineering drawings as supplied. Other duties will include fabricating and fixing into position walkways, gantries and staircases along with supporting other trades as necessary and as required.

About You

Based ideally in Lincolnshire you will need to live within a commutable distance of LN4 1NJ.

Demonstrable experience of mechanical fitting, ideally within a food, drink or petro chemical processing environment.

IPAF and CSCS preffered
