
Senior Personal Assistant London (Office based) £45k-£55k DOE Are you an experienced PA looking for your next meaningful move? A superb opportunity has arisen to join my global energy Client on a permanent basis in London, UK. This is a great opening for an experienced Personal Assistant to join my client's administrative team at a time of great opportunity and development. For this role we are looking for a candidate who will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.What are we looking for?
- Mandatory experience in similar role (minimum 5 year's experience).
- Prior Office Management Experience Preferred
- Proven experience an Office Coordinator and personal assistant or in a similar role
- Exposure to the renewable and construction industry is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent administration skills
- Organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Greek Language is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
What will you be doing?
- Act as the primary point of contact for directors and general managers, managing and coordinating their schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritise and manage multiple tasks seamlessly, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and requests, directing them to appropriate team members or resolving issues independently.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with other members of the administrative team to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, conferences, and off-site meetings.
- Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making and project initiatives.
- Monitor and manage various projects and tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Provide support for personal tasks and errands for executives as needed.
