Operations Technician

Carbon60 are hiring for an Operations Technician to join a large industrial water solutions company in Faversham. This position is on a 6 month fixed term contract.

The successful individual will operate the plant, monitor treatment of effluent water, carry out water analysis, implement operational changes and monitoring control activities.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Operating plant equipment, including maintenance and cleaning.
• Operating a centrifuge and valves
• Gathering data
• Handling chemicals
• Testing water samples

Requirements for the role:

• Experience operating plant machinery
• Working knowledge of water testing and collecting.
• NVQ, Degree, or relevant qualifications within the industry
• Strong Health and Safety knowledge

This Operations Technician position offers Monday - Friday working hours which will consist of a week 1 and week 2 rota.
