Total Facilities Manager

Carbon60 are looking for a General Service Manager to join a leading Facilities Management Company in one of their Prestige sites in Epsom. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Total FM experience with a strong Catering background to join a global company with excellent job security and career progression opportunities.

Location: Epsom

Salary: £53,000

The Role:

• Be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the site, including catering, hospitality, cleaning, reception, maintenance and gym services.
• Delivery of best-in-class services that delivers excellence to all customers.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance.
• Coach and mentor members of the team
• Control and maintain the financial performance of the operation.

The successful candidate:

• Previous Facilities Management Experience
• Have the ability to develop individual effectiveness though proven leadership.
• Experience managing high quality catering operation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
