Accounts Payable Clerk

Carbon60 are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a client of ours based in Oldbury on a permanent basis.

Our client is a large engineering company who have over 200 sites across the UK and Ireland. They provide their own clients with an array of engineering services including a logistics service and rotating equipment specialities.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

• Entering invoices and credit notes using Eos enter and match system.
• Processing daily payments
• Reconciling statements.
• Filing and maintaining supplier records.
• Checking and verifying proforma invoices and making payments

Person specifications:

• Experience within accounts payable team
• Must have worked within a busy department
• Able to deal with high volumes of invoices and credits.
• Deal with payment deadlines

This permanent Accounts Payable Clerk position offers Monday - Friday working hours. Alongside an amazing salary you will receive great company benefits.
