General Labourer

General Labourer/Porter required for large manufacturing site in Bebington, Wirral. You will be working for one of the largest names in Facilities Management, assisting an existing team of operatives on both project work and normal day to day maintenance activities. This a contract role with an expected minimum 6-8 week duration. As this is a very large site the role requires a lot of walking and other physical activity.

The position involves:

• Re-positioning office furniture and associated equipment
• Accepting site deliveries and moving to relevant part of site
• Cleaning areas (offices/labs) where refurb work has taken place
• Assisting maintenance staff on general day to day operations around site
• Working productively as part of a team

Any applicants should ideally have:

• Track record of reliability
• Pro-active attitude to duties
• Flexible attitude
• Experience of working on a commercial site would be advantageous

Attitude is more important than experience in this position, so it may suit students who are looking to fill a gap for summer. The role is available for an immediate start and would suit individuals who are easily commutable to the Bebington area of the Wirral
