Carbon60 are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator for a large engineering company. Based in Oldbury, Birmingham, this HR Administrator will work with the senior HR business partners and the wider people team, supporting key activities.

This administrator role is on a permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion.

Role Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing on-boarding process for all new starters, e.g., setting up IT equipment and log ins, drafting contracts and issuing contracts via DocuSign
  • Provide administrative support to all areas of the People Operations, including the L&D team, HR, and the Recruitment team
  • Assisting in note taking
  • Other general HR administrative duties, such as assisting with performance management issues, sending probation letters, invitation letters and termination letters etc.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Experience working within a HR role previously is needed
  • Previous experience working Workday, or another HR system is desirable
  • A basic understanding of employment law is advantageous
  • Good IT skills, competent in Microsoft office
