Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer or Control Systems Engineer or Electrical Maintenance EngineerSite Based (static) Control Systems Engineer, who will be a member of the facilities management team, responsible for operation and maintenance of electrical building management systems (BMS) and associated controls and plant.

General Duties (not limited to):

• Maintenance, development & daily management of Building Management System (BMS) and other control systems within the premises.
• Fault finding and diagnosis of systems.
• Technical evaluation & modifications/improvements to systems.
• Keep up-to-date records of all QA documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in building maintenance.
• Strong fault finding skills and knowledge on servicing/testing of systems, specialised plant, AC and DC motors, Switchgear, Motor Controls and associated control equipment.
• City & Guilds Level 3 qualified or equivalent qualification - REQUIRED
• Must be able to obtain a DBS / security clearance.
