Help Desk Administrator

We are looking for a Help-desk Administrator on a temporary ongoing basis based in Manchester This is working for a large Facilities Management company and has the potential to go long term.
Pay Rate: £9.60
Contract: Temporary
The Role:
- Dealing with day to day enquiries from Facilities team and multiple Clients
- Responsible for client facing Help Desk
- Producing various reports for the FM Company and the client
- Raising Work Orders for new jobs / contracts / quotes
- Raising Purchase Orders and placing call outs to sub-contractors Ensuring all client files are maintained accurately and kept up-to-date
- Processing task-sheets daily
- Logging holiday, sickness for team engineers
- Day to day admin including photocopying, filing etc.
The Successful Candidate:
- Administrative experience
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work at pace
