Soft Service Manager

We are looking to recruit a Soft Service Manager to work for an international Facilities Manager Company supporting a medical manufacturing client based in Ballina County Mayo. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company with great progression opportunities, job security and benefits.

Location: Ballina - County Mayo

Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 plus bonus and benefits

The Role:

• Responsible for on site catering and cleaning services
• Develop long term client relationships in line to enhance the retention of current clients and customers, gain referrals for new business sand attract new customers.
• Motivate and lead catering and cleaning employees to perform their roles to a high standard
• Monitor and maintain consistent methods of food preparation, production, [presentation and service for all meals.
• To Carry out daily service audit and perform activities detailed in the service offer.
• Ensure stock levels are kept to the agreed establishment targets and supplies are ordered from nominated suppliers and goods are correctly and quickly stored away on a first in first out basis.
• Ensure financial documentation and accountancy of the unit is accurate within agreed budget levels.

The Successful Candidate:

• Experience in a similar role
• Financial Acumen
• Service industry knowledge and understanding
• Customer service skills
• IOSH would be desirable
• Food Safety training would be desirable
