We are looking for experienced Administrators to work for a reputable Mechanical and Engineering company based at their offices in Portsmouth.
You will be supporting the street lighting team in a busy environment as they maintain 200,000 street lights.
The role is cross-skilled involving the following tasks
- working in customer care department and the payroll department,usual office tasks, dealing with telephone call queries, data inputting etc.
- able to multi-task and have good knowledge of office systems.
The hours are 37 per week and the shifts are on a rota 7.30-15.30, 8.00-16.00 or 9.00-17.00. (Half hour lunch) In the office up to 5 days per week depending on the workloads, but a minimum of 4 days.
Work is contract work ongoing.
