Carbon60 are currently recruiting for a sales administrator to work for an engineering company based in Plymouth.
Your primary areas of focus are to drive proactive sales activity and the Improvement in our 'Enquiry to Order' conversion, service delivery and customer relationship management.
Your role will include;
- Initiating, developing, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Establishing customer requirements.
- Preparing, submitting, and following up customer quotations.
- Order processing.
Technical or functional Knowledge
- Familiar with Microsoft Office365 (preferable but training will be provided)
- Data savvy, with excellent analytical capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
