Are you a marketing professional with a proven track record in brand development and positioning in a retail or hospitality sector? I might have your next professional challenge right here for you! I am looking for a Brand Manager on behalf our client - a world-leading contract catering and facilities management company. This is a remote, home-based role with occasional national travel. On offer - a salary of £45,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience, a great benefits package and excellent professional development and progression opportunities. About the job

  • Define and deliver annual brand plan to meet commercial and customer KPI's and deliver best in class brand experience
  • Responsible for the evolvement of the brand, providing clear guidelines for all elements of the brand experience
  • Responsible for the evolution of the brand frameworks
  • Analysis of macro trends to identify gaps in the proposition
  • Define brand plan ensuring the value pillars are brought to life across the brand experience.
  • Drive customer engagement through disruptive and innovative marketing across touchpoints.
  • Creation of annual B2C marketing campaign calendar to drive performance through customer frequency and spend.
  • Creation of campaign plans for the creative & digital team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all guest touchpoints.
  • Measure effectiveness of marketing communications and results of all campaigns.
  • Creation of compelling B2B sales collateral to drive growth.
  • Define clear product NPD briefs underpinned by commercial and consumer insight, linking to core brand value.
  • Analysis of guest feedback, commercial performance, and food trends to identify gaps in the food proposition.

About you

  • Proven track record brand development, brand positioning and driving profitable sales in retail or hospitality sector
  • Retail/store and digital marketing experience
  • Up-to-date understanding of industry trends
  • Strong brand and commercial marketing background.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and strategic approach
  • Strong time management skills and a great ability to prioritize
  • Proactive attitude looking for new opportunities and identifying ways to optimize the brand
