Site Manager Plymouth Carbon60 are looking for a Site manager, to oversee our clients fit out project in Plymouth. With good hours and competitive rates of pay Key Tasks will involve:
Managing 12 week fit-out programme, fitted furniture - 500 student rooms +110 hotel rooms Liaising with main contractor daily/Weekly site meetings Sending daily reports to senior Project Management using Site Audit Pro. Ensuring that programme of works is on target and budget As a Site Manager the successful applicant will have the following: CSCS Card SMSTS First Aid. Proven ability and track record within the Fit Out sector Carpentry/Fit out Background Own Laptop and conversant with Site Audit Pro In return you will receive a competitive hourly/daily rate, the opportunity to progress your career at one of the UKs leading Fit out groups with the potential for further contracts given.
