About the role and key responsibilities

The purpose of the role is to be first point of contact for our clients while taking ownership for all their requirements as well as developing your own client base. You will also ensure that all clients, candidates, and colleagues receive an experience in line with the Carbon60 vision, which is to become the most trusted and respected global provider, partner, and developer of people in the Technical area.

We will achieve this vision by consistently developing trust partnerships through our expertise and delivery of our promises. To that extent, your responsibilities will revolve around:

  • Managing and developing client relationships
  • Attending meetings with the client and encouraging substantive recruitment
  • Planning and carrying out regular client review meetings, completing a detailed account plan after each meeting to communicate the key action points and feedback to all internal customers
  • Resolving client queries and complaints
  • Monitoring and reviewing performance against SLA requirements by analysing fill rates and expenditure
  • Liaising closely with the Operations Director/Team Managers/Client Officers offering contract support and advice
  • Monitoring clients' commitment to the SLA requirements ensuring both parties are working within the spirit of the contract
  • Analysing client and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for development
  • Liaising with the marketing team to identify sponsorship and advertising opportunities
  • Liaising with colleagues from other areas of Carbon60 to highlight new business opportunities and develop joint strategies
  • Delivering client management information
  • Management and Recruitment duties.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have recruitment experience of professional staffing within the Civils/Construction and/or Building Consultancies sector. You could be an experienced Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant looking to further your career in Recruitment and step into management as well as have a clear progression path ahead.

You will have strong negotiation and customer skills as well as a professional manner and be able to handle a dynamic environment. You will motivate and drive your team towards the best outcomes. Good IT skills are a must as well as timely invoice processing.
