Carbon60 are currently recruiting for an experience Construction and Facilities Administrator to join the UKs largest Facilities Management company based in Birmingham. You ideally would come from an engineering, construction or Facilities Management background as there would be an element of liaising with customers, Sub-contractors and internal stakeholders.

Key Duties

  • Record quote submissions from Sub-Contractors and transfer onto systems
  • Respond to general enquiries and co-ordinate response
  • Raising of purchase orders for successful quotes
  • Co-ordinate work instructions and agree work schedules
  • Compiling of completed work orders for submission to customers for payment

Skills required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An understanding of the FM sector
  • Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of Maximo software

The successful candidate will be subject to a security check before starting.
