Handyperson with carpentry experience located in Berkeley Gloucestershire .

£30,000 per annum - Permanent job

Main Purpose of role

Carry out planned and reactive carpentry duties such as fixing doors and windows and general carpentry maintenance duties, plus also carry out other basic maintenance and commercial repair work such as painting walls, very basic plumbing, wiring a plug, changing a lightbulb and other very straightforward handyperson jobs.

All applicants must have the following:

• Good previous carpentry experience - (time served will be fine)
• General all round maintenance and repair experience
• A Full UK Driving licence
• Ability to get to Berkeley in Gloucestershire

£30,000 per annum plus holiday pay, company pension, free on site parking.

Fantastic job that would ideally suit applicants who have worked in roles such as handyperson, carpenter, maintenance person or caretaker plus have good previous time served carpentry experience, plus general commercial maintenance and repair experience and living in areas such as Gloucester, Berkeley, Thornbury, Oldbury Naite, Alveston, Wooton Under Edge, Tetbury, Lydney and Bristol.
