Construction and Facilities Administrator - Permanent - Harwell near Didcot.

Would be an ideal role for applicants who have worked in administration jobs in construction companies, manufacturing firms, maintenance and facilities organisations or similar companies.

£23,000 per annum

08.00-4.30pm Monday to Friday (with early finish on Fridays)

OWN TRANSPORT IS RECOMMENDED DUE TO LOCATION OF SITE IN HARWELL NEAR DIDCOT

Person Specification:

  • Very good office administration experience
  • Very good data entry experience
  • Experience of raising PO numbers and invoices
  • Experience of keeping accurate records
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Own Transport
  • Didcot

Main Duties will include:

  • Carrying out data entry and reception work
  • Managing training and contractor records
  • Managing insurance records of contrcution contractors
  • Ordering supplies
  • Raising invoices and purchase order numbers
  • General office administration work

£23,000 per annum - Monday to Friday - Permanent role
