Electrician OR Electrical Engineer OR Maintenance Electrician

Site Based Electrician- Electrical Engineer required to carry out all aspects of Electrical PPM & reactive work at a location in central Cardiff.

General Duties:

• PPM, Reactive Visits and associated recommended works.
• Fixed Wiring Electrical Inspection and Test.
• Test, inspect and maintain Plant, Equipment and BMS Systems/Switchgear/Motor controls and generators.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in building maintenance.
• Knowledge on how to service/test of systems of specialised equipment, UPS backup systems (fault finding and repairs) and BMS Systems/Switchgear/Motor controls and generators.
• City & Guilds Level 3 qualified or equivalent qualification - REQUIRED
• Must be able to obtain a DBS / security clearance.

There is a £2,500 per annum Shift Allowance on top of your salary.
