Facilities Management Coordinator urgently required for a temporary FM coordinator role near Didcot
Position starts immediately and will last until the end of March - with strong possibility of long term contract extension for the right person.
Purpose of the role is to coordinate the facilities in a large building near Didcot, coordinate maintenance and repair work, organise office cleaning work, complete FM paperwork, and liaise with the on site client.
£18.00ph - 40 hours per week - weekly pay
All Applicants must have the following:
- Very good previous facilities coordination experience
- Very good experience in Facilities Management and FM Coordination
- Very good knowledge of planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair in an FM environment
- Experience of dealing with subcontractors
- Experience of raising PO's, raising invoices and client liaison
- Understanding of budgets
£18.00ph, days, Mon- Fri - 40 hours per week - immediate Start
Position will be temporary until end of March 2020 however there is a strong possibility of a long term contract extension for the right candidate
Very well paid position, ideal for FM experienced applicants with a background in facilities management, facilities coordination and knowledge of planned coordinating planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair.
