Facilities Maintenance Manager required for a hard services facilities management role in Harwell near Didcot

Principal responsibilities will be to manage all hard FM services plus oversee planned maintenance work in a very large site in the Didcot area

£47,000 - £50,000 -plus holiday pay and pension

Mon to Fri 08.00-4.30pm

Essential experience and qualifications:

  • HNC (or equivalent) in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline
  • Experience of managing hard FM services covering maintenance and repair
  • Experience of managing planned and reactive maintenance works in commercial or industrial buildings
  • Experience in supervising maintenance staff and contractors
  • Experience of writing Safe Systems of Work, Risk assessments and Method statements
  • Didcot Oxfordshire

£47,000 - £50,000 per annum - Permanenent role
