Facilities Manager - Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork - Salary - 60,000 - 65,000 Euros

This company, a global player in the FM world, require a Facilities Manager to be based at their world class client's site based in Ringaskiddy, Co.Cork. The Facilities Manager will be an astute, commercially minded individual tasked with proactively ensuring, in a front-line, hands-on fashion, the deliverance of top-quality services to include Cleaning (GMP), Catering, BFM, Pest Control, Land Scaping.

Salary: 60,000 - 65,000 Euros plus excellent benefits package

THE ROLE

  • Responsible for operational problem resolution and issue escalation.
  • Conduct audits to Measure KPI's and service standards against agreed and obligated levels on site.
  • Be an informed and authoritative point of contact for the key stakeholders on site to address any performance or operational issues.
  • Management and support of Health, Safety and Environmental Legislation relating to the site.
  • To work collaboratively with all central teams to ensure a standardised, consistent, and compliant approach is implemented in all service lines across the site whilst delivering a fully compliant operation to our client.
  • Financial management to ensure control of spending and budgets.

THE PERSON

  • Proven experience of managing high profile, quality led P&L contract
  • Exceptional Client relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities in a fast passed dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, Clients, and employees at all levels.
  • Ability to achieve set standards and operate to performance criteria, for example health and safety, hygiene.
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiating, influencing and facilitating skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite and Good general Knowledge of IT systems
  • Experience of Hard and Soft FM Contracts
  • Experience working within a GMP Pharmaceutical environment would be highly desirable
