Head of Projects

Salary: £55 - £65K Depending on experience, plus car or car allowance

Location: London

This company, a world leader in the FM sector, require a Head of Projects to lead a superb team dedicated to undertaking Small Works and Refurbishments for a prestigious set of client sites in London. The main purpose of the role is to manage the commercial, financial and client liaison aspects of the function.

The Role

Manage multiple projects delivering the desired outcome within time frame and budget

Develop excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Carry out regular reviews of P&L accountability

Develop design proposals and specifications in accordance with customer requirements

Ensure all processes and governance are fit for purpose and regularly reviewed.

The Candidate

Will have a thorough knowledge of Project Management services such as Civils, Fit Out, Life Cycle replacement and Energy

Will possess Project Management and H&S qualifications eg ( APMP, PMQ, PRINCE2, MSP, ISOSH NEBOSH )

Will offer a detailed understanding of all statutory compliance processes such as CDM 2015, Building Regulations, British Standards and RIBA stages

Will be able to demonstrate experience in delivering projects in highly regulated environments

Knowledge and practical experience of BIM would be an advantage
