Location: Greenwich

Salary: £39,585

Hours: Monday to Friday, Shift pattern of earlies & lates - 7am - 3.30pm & 10.30am - 7pm

This company, a world leader in the FM sector, require a Multiskilled M&E Engineer to be based at their prestigious client's site in Greenwich. The M&E Engineer will be multi skilled with an Electrical bias and will play a key role in keeping the vital Building Services in a good operational condition reacting quickly to resolve any malfunctions. The role is varied, no two days are the same, challenging, and interesting and would be perfect for an inquisitive, dynamic Engineer.

The Role

Repair, maintain or installation of plant, equipment, systems and building structure/fabric to include LV Sub Station distribution and associated electrical systems, HVAC Systems, Water systems and Distribution, BMS, Lifts, Lighting, Boiler Controls, Fire Alarm Systems.

Undertake regular equipment test and inspection

Monitor the PPM schedules

Operate under the Permit to Work system

Oversee the work of any sub-contractors on site.

The Person

Time served Engineer with at least 5 years relevant post experience

Qualified to City & Guilds 2382-12 (18th Edition) with, ideally, City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Test

Offer previous experience in maintaining both Mechanical and Electrical Building Service Equipment

Should be a confident communicator comfortable in client facing situations

Experience supervising maintenance contractors

Must hold a UK Driving licence
