Our client is one of the UK's largest Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) contractors, and their portfolio of services ranges from M&E building services, Instrumentation, Rail, Street Lighting, Facilities Management to HV & LV & Combined Heat and Power solutions.

Great opportunity for a fully qualified Gas Supervisor who is responsible for the management and supervision of the ENTERPRISE (CONTRACTING) onsite installation of the Clients gas networks to the required standards. The candidate will maintain records and evidence to demonstrate the networks are fit for purpose. The Gas Supervisor will report and be accountable to the Project Manager.

You will have responsibility for the day-to-day safe operations of all gas teams and be responsible to the Project Manager.

General Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications must include Gas Network Engineering Management NVQ Level 4 (GNEM)
  • or Network Construction Operations NCO (Gas)
  • Utility Network Construction Supervisor (UNCS (gas) preferred
  • Relevant operational experience (5 - 10 years) in the gas industry
  • SHEA (GAS)
  • NRSWA Supervisor
  • O.S.H/ N.E.B.O.S.H
  • Full UK Driving License

The position would be perfectly suited to a fully qualified Gas Supervisor in Glasgow with a full UK driving license as it is vital for this role as well as a passion for safety.
