- based in Livingston although with projects across the central belt of Scotland the successful candidate will be required in multiple locations
Duties: - Plan & deliver multi-discipline projects to meet agreed timescales and commercial performance against agreed targets - Full control of all actions, methods & output of each project under his/her remit - Provision of the required tools and equipment for each discipline within the project team - Manage and control procurement of the project - Liaise and communicate with management, clients, project staff and site operatives - Manage decisions on the need and nature of major design changes - Ensure inspection of site installations at appropriate stages is relevant and recorded - Attend site meetings with the project teams and the client - Manage the control of all documentation within the project team, with external organisations and the Client - Manage Client instruction and approvals - Review and manage the recruitment, supervision and control of all staff and subcontractors - Ensure all quality procedures are in place and inspections / audits are in place and recorded Essential Criteria: - Construction Site Management experience - Strong M&E knowledge - Pharma/Clean room experience - SMSTS - Excellent management skills - Excellent self organization skills and ability to organize others - Priority management - Knowledge of UK building regulations - Ability to drive program - High levels of quality standards - Attention to H&S matters - Ability to handle multiple tasks
