Our client is a leading name in the facilities management sector, they are currently looking to recruit an experienced administrator to work at a key clients site. The company are a national organisation with a fantastic reputation who offer a supportive working environment.

This is a 6 month assignment working between 9am - 5pm. £9.20 per hour.

Key tasks

  • Provide administrative support, including (but not limited to):
    • Processing work orders
    • Invoices
    • Updating databases
    • Processing routine correspondence via telephone, email, letters.
    • Ensuring a log of all enquiries is made
    • Raising purchase orders
    • Take ownership of enquiries and resolve any issues.
    • Working with external and internal clients to process information of a technical nature.


  • Computer literate - experienced using Microsoft office
  • Understanding of invoices
  • Experience in a similar role dealing with the general public.
