Handyperson - Harwell near Didcot - Permanent maintenance job in an award winning facilities management company.

An experienced maintenance person or handyperson, with good commercial maintenance and repair experience urgently required to join a large facilities management company at a large commercial site in near Didcot.

Monday to Friday - Full time permanent job

£28,000 pa plus holiday pay, pension and free on site parking

Main purpose of the job will be to carry out general basic planned maintenance and repair work such as very basic carpentry, very basic electrical , standard painting and decorating work, very basic plumbing plus grounds maintenance.

All applicants must have the following:

• Previous experience as a general maintenance person, handy person, janitor or caretaker
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and minor joinery work
• Basic knowledge of minor electrical work i.e wiring a plug or changing a lightbulb
• General painting, decorating and tiling experience
• General maintenance and handyperson experience plus a good general DIY knowledge is very essential
• A full UK driving licence
• Harwell near Didcot in Oxfordshire

£28,000 pa - Monday to Friday
