HVAC Maintenance Engineer with COCN1 Core Gas Safety qualification - Wimbledon London

£37,000 plus very good on call payments, call out payments, pension and superb benefit package

Please be aware that our client is only accepting applications from candidates with the COCN1 Core Gas Safety qualification and very good experience in the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
  • COCN1 Core Gas Safety qualification - THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL
  • Multi skilled experience within building maintenance and repair - specifically HVAC and Gas systems
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Main Duties:

  • Maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
  • Performing tests on HVAC systems
  • Planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair on HVAC systems over several sites
  • Wimbledon - South West London
