Asset Analyst/Data Administrator

Carbon60 are looking for a data savvy individual to join one of the UKs largest Facilities Management Companies, as an Asset Analyst. You will be a key point of contact for our client's asset management team, and as the Asset Analyst will be responsible for managing data relating to one of the biggest UK estates.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

Hybrid working - Travelling to an office across the UK once a week - fully expensed.

Full training provided - while training you will be required to be in office twice a week either in London or Birmingham.

All candidates must have very strong data analytical skills

Key Responsibilities

• Managing all data relating to our clients' building assets, ensuring data remains up to date and valid.
• Analyse data and provide outcomes/reports as required by management.
• Drafting, checking and finalising valuation reports and carry out market research.
• Provide administrative support to the asset/valuing team.
• Work closely with planning and delivery team in streamlining service delivery.

Essential Requirements

• Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge - must be proficient in using Vlook Up, Pivot Tables, Data Validation.
• Knowledge of SQL commands.
• Previous experience in an analyst position.
• Previous experience in data management/particularly in managing large datasets
• Confident in the use of Power BI
• Excellent planning and organisational
• Previous financial experience would be beneficial.
• Experience of data management in FM operations in Hard Services.
