Asset Supervisor (FM Sector)

Carbon60 are looking for an Asset Supervisor to join one of the largest facilities management companies in the UK. You will be responsible for surveying and verifying building assets across London and the Southeast region.

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 (plus a fully expensed car)

Main Responsibilities:

• To safely carry out asset condition and verification surveys on MEP assets.
• Carry out physical asset tagging on building assets.
• To use software to accurately record asset details and defects.
• Follow a CIBSE guide M and give an asset condition rating that reflects the assets age, condition and operational condition.
• Identify any absent assets from existing asset registers while conducting site audits.
• To review site paperwork and provide PPM Expiry Pack dates to the Asset.
• To produce output reports against the assets.
• To update the Asset Management team on the outcome of surveys through the change control process.

Applicant Requirements:

• Previous experience surveying building assets conditions, ideally within a facilities management environment.
• To have knowledge of MEP asset condition and verification surveys.
• Be time served in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
• Knowledge PPM generation, deficiencies and BREEAM
