Vetting Administrator

Carbon60 are looking for an experienced Vetting Administrator to work for us on a major airline contract based in Heathrow on a 6 month Fixed-Term Contract.

We are keen to speak to candidates who have previous experience in an Vetting/Compliance experience for an airline/airport.

Hourly rate: £11 per hour

Contract: initially 6 months fixed-term.

Responsibilities:

• 5-year employment history checks.
• Managing applications throughout on-boarding and vetting procedures.
• Overseeing candidate registrations to full compliance.
• Preparing security interviews with applicants.
• Upload documents into ID Gateway.
• Processing internal and external applications through both airport systems.
• Adhere to GDPR.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous vetting experience within an airline would be beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ideally you will be familiar with the Airport ID Clearance and ID Gateway.
• The ability to get to work within Heathrow Airport each day.
